Every person deserves to feel seen, heard, understood, and valued. As a therapist, I bring empathy, curiosity, and compassion into my practice and collaborate with you to find your authentic self.

 

I honor the courage it takes to enter the therapy space and will respect where you are, value your experiences and guide you to embrace your strengths. Together we will work to encourage your growth, even when it's hard.

My areas of focus include maternal mental health, maternal identity, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have competency in supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and my work has been enhanced through additional training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing and Career Resources.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in counseling. I earned my Master of Social Work from Columbia University and my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from McDaniel College. I have provided counseling services in many settings including community mental health and higher education. I work with adults of all ages (18+). I am officially a certified perinatal mental health professional.
