Individuals - Adults - 100% VIRTUAL

It is important to have a space where you can feel seen and affirmed, and where you can show up as your authentic self. As a therapist, I aim to cultivate a collaborative and supportive relationship, where we can identify and work towards your goals. You may be coping with anxiety or depression, navigating a big life transition, or seeking self-exploration and growth. Together we can find ways to cope with life’s uncertainties and live a life aligned with your values. I work from a strengths-based, LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming perspective. My approach is integrative and catered to your unique needs, utilizing approaches including narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapies, and humanistic theory. We can work together to figure out which approaches best suit your needs.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB), where I was involved in DREAM, the school’s disability justice group. I hold a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from American University, with a minor in women, gender, and sexuality studies. Prior to becoming a social worker, I have worked in healthcare, including providing trauma-informed reproductive healthcare support

I am currently awaiting my social work license; when approved I will be providing psychotherapy services under Supervisor, Katia Callan, LCSW-C
