Psychotherapist I
Jillian Ginsberg, LMSW

Individuals - Adults - 100% VIRTUAL

It is important to have a space where you can feel seen and affirmed, and where you can show up as your authentic self. As a therapist, I aim to cultivate a collaborative and supportive relationship, where we can identify and work towards your goals. You may be coping with anxiety, depression, or OCD, navigating a big life transition, or seeking self-exploration and growth. Together we can find ways to cope with life’s uncertainties and live a life aligned with your values. I work from a strengths-based, LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming perspective. My approach is integrative and catered to your unique needs, utilizing approaches including narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapies, and humanistic theory. I offer evidence based interventions for OCD including inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy (I-CBT). We can work together to figure out which approaches best suit your needs.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB), where I was involved in DREAM, the school’s disability justice group. I hold a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from American University, with a minor in women, gender, and sexuality studies. Prior to becoming a social worker, I have worked in healthcare, including providing trauma-informed reproductive healthcare support

I provide psychotherapy services under Supervisor, Katia Callan, LCSW-C
