Individuals - Teens 13+ & Adults

Life can be challenging, messy, and full of uncertainties, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgemental space where people can process the most difficult life circumstances, work through challenging emotions, and become their most authentic selves. I approach each client with compassion and curiosity in order to help them reach their highest potential.

I am currently working towards my Master of Social Work through the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work. I received my bachelor of arts in Journalism and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I hold two years of experience working at a Behavioral Health Hospital in Wisconsin as well as hold experience working in community practices and providing in-home care.

The therapeutic journey is a collaboration with the client in the driver's seat. We will work together to identify and accomplish your goals and put together an individualized toolbox to help deal with day-to-day challenges.

I am providing psychotherapy services under Field Instructor & Supervisor, Katia Callan, LCSW-C
