I am a strong believer in therapy being a space for collaboration, healing and self-growth. Coping with anxiety, depression, and big life transitions can be really difficult. My goal is to work with individuals by looking at how past experiences, thought patterns, and emotional responses can impact actions and behaviors. I appreciate an integrative approach and understand that with therapy one size never fits all. Our work will focus on building an emotionally healthy future with an approach that can best fit you.
I am currently in the final year of my master’s in Clinical Psychology from Towson University where I am involved in various student success initiatives. I hold a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and business administration from Creighton University. Prior to my master’s degree, I have worked in healthcare as well as academia.
I provide psychotherapy services under Supervisor, Amanda (Amy) Miles, LCPC.
