Our mission is to to develop a collaborative program offering intensive training for our clinicians. This is an environment set for you to grow and learn. Whether you are a graduate level intern, new clinicians, or seasoned psychotherapist we support developing a rich skill set. As fellow clinicians our supervisory team provides a holding environment for psychotherapists to find support and continue to learn to hone their chosen craft of psychotherapy, while providing services to their ideal clients.

Fully licensed clinicians (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PMHNPs)

Pay transparency: We offer a commission based fee for service pay structure. Employees are reimbursed a % of fees and rates are dependent on experience. LCPC/LCSW-C pay scale ranges for PT & FT $48,000-$98,000; LGPC/LMSW scale range for PT & FT from $37,000-$70,000
