I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern and graduate student at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, where I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and enhance their emotional well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to explore and understand their personal struggles while developing practical coping strategies. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, I aim to empower clients to recognize their inherent abilities, fostering resilience and self-efficacy.

I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, validated, and understood. While I am still refining the therapeutic modalities I connect with most, I currently draw from mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients examine their thought patterns and respond more effectively to stress and adversity.

Through empathy, active listening, and evidence-based methods, I support clients in deepening self-awareness, overcoming obstacles, and making meaningful, lasting changes toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I provide psychotherapy services under Supervisor, Tracy Lieb, LCSW-C
