It can be hard to untangle where your voice ends and everyone else’s expectations begin. You might be moving through the world on autopilot—functioning, surviving, but ultimately feeling disconnected from your own needs, values, or sense of possibility. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and gently reorient yourself.

I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. My clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and able to show up authentically in our work together. I approach therapy as a collaborative process rooted in non-judgment, curiosity, and respect for your autonomy. You are the expert of yourself, and I am honored to be a partner in thought as we explore what’s working, what’s not, and what healing looks like for you.

My approach is trauma-informed and harm-reduction aligned, with a deep respect for autonomy and the many ways people survive and make meaning of their experiences and the world around them. I draw from acceptance-based, somatic, and parts-informed frameworks (such as ACT, DBT, and IFS-informed work), with particular attention to the nervous system and the body’s role in healing. My goal is to support you in expanding your capacity for connection, flexibility, and presence with both yourself and others.

I welcome individuals, couples, and families into the therapeutic space, and I am committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirming care. I’m especially passionate about creating safe, supportive environments for those navigating cultural complexities, intergenerational dynamics, and systemic barriers.
Before entering clinical social work, I worked in public health, anthropology, and community-based care by supporting families, caregivers, older adults, and those experiencing housing instability. These experiences continue to shape my systems-awareness, anti-oppressive, and relational approach to healing. I’m currently completing my Master of Social Work at the University of Maryland and my advanced clinical training at Insight Wellness.
However you arrive, I’ll meet you with presence and care, and together, we can explore what it means for you to live with more agency, connection, and intentionality.
