I believe meaningful connection is at the heart of therapy. Feeling heard, understood, and accepted can create the foundation for exploring the parts of ourselves that feel difficult to understand or change.
As a therapist-in-training, I am passionate about creating a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. I believe every person brings unique experiences, strengths, and ways of navigating the world, and that therapy should be individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. Together, we can explore your experiences, identify techniques that work for you, and build on the strengths you already possess.
I am especially passionate about helping people build resilience and reconnect with their sense of agency when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or powerless. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they gain greater insight, recognize their strengths, and strive to make meaningful changes in their lives.
With a background in psychology and current education in social work, I am continuing to deepen my understanding of mental health and the many factors that shape our well-being. I approach each person with curiosity, compassion, and respect, with the hope of creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I provide psychotherapy services under Supervisor, Tracy Lieb LCSW-C.
