Individuals Adults - Virtual Only
Feeling isolated or disconnected when trying to figure out who you are is exhausting. When you exist outside traditional norms, finding a place where you feel genuinely understood, seen, and accepted can feel like an uphill battle.
I believe that truly knowing yourself is the groundwork for building meaningful community and living authentically. Identity work isn't a "quick fix" or a destination—it’s fluid, evolving, and deeply personal. My passion as a therapist is hearing your story and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore both who you are and who you want to become.
My Approach:
I utilize a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approach tailored to your unique journey. Instead of a one-size-fits-all model, I draw heavily from parts work (IFS), DBT, and somatic therapies to help you process past experiences, learn to regulate through triggers, and thrive in the present.
Who I Work With:
I specialize in working with adults with marginalized sexual and romantic identities, including LGBTQ+, polyamorous/non-monogamous, and kinky individuals.
Additionally, I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating complex mental health experiences, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and chronic suicidality. (Note: I do not currently work with couples, polycules, or families.)
Background:
Before becoming a licensed clinical social worker, I served six years in the Air Force as a Spanish translator, while also leading organizational DEI initiatives and suicide prevention efforts. This experience gave me a deep, practical understanding of how systemic barriers and culture directly impact our personal mental health.
No matter what brings you to therapy, I will meet you with deep empathy, warmth, and full respect for your personal autonomy.
I provide psychotherapy services under Supervisor, Tracy Lieb, LCSW-C
