Therapy offers a grounded space to slow down, find relief, and reconnect with yourself. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or unsure why they’re so hard on themselves. My role is to help you find and listen to your inner voice with honesty, curiosity, and without judgment, so you can move through challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

I bring a direct, compassionate, and trauma‑informed approach to our work together. I strive to create a safe, affirming environment where clients of all ages and backgrounds can explore who they are, understand what they’re carrying, and build resilience. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your sense of agency, deepen self‑trust, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

My blended methods draw from ACT, DBT, CBT, and narrative and expressive therapies. I tailor each session to your unique needs, experiences, and cultural context, helping you develop practical coping strategies while also exploring the stories and environments that shape your life. Cultural humility guides my work—I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and I’m here to support your growth, not define it.

Before entering clinical social work, I spent nearly a decade in nonprofit advocacy focused on criminal justice reform, reproductive health, immigration, and environmental justice. These experiences inform my understanding of social systems and continue to shape my clinical perspective. I am currently completing my Master of Social Work at the University of Maryland and my advanced clinical training at Insight Wellness.

I provide psychotherapy services under Supervisor, Tracy Lieb LCSW-C.
